Ditto! I spoke with someone at the school last week (via email) and she told me invites will go out in about three weeks. Last year I think they started on 10/4 though.

tufts still hasnt cashed out my check 🙁
 
If you go to tufts website they recently updated it. It says somewhere in FAQ i think that interview invites begin mid october and the first scheduled interview is the beginning of november.
 
"Candidates for the program beginning in August 2013 should submit their applications to the American Association of Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS) between June 4st, 2012 and February 1st, 2013. Interview sessions will be conducted between November 2012 and April 2013. Applicants selected for interview will be notified in writing beginning in late October 2012."

If only late October meant October 3rd.....

Aadsas status still received/under review, anyone have different?
 
So do invites go out this week or next week? I'm really stressing!! 😕
 
I submitted my supplemental check like 2 weeks ago, is there anyone who submitted their check around that time and is still waiting for it to be cashed?

Also, my AADSAS status is received/under review as well.

Mine was cashed out last week friday
took them about 5 weeks..
so you may have to wait for another 2~3 weeks at least...

that's hilarious, I almost crashed my car trying to read that stupid email.. ugh
 
better than a rejection though! I feel like it would be mistake to add them on facebook though, that only gives them an opportunity to see the stupid pictures you have been tagged in and the inappropriate posts that you might have made sophomore year of high school. Even if you don't have anything like that on your profile, what advantage is it to you? I am definitely not adding them on facebook for this very reason.

yea, i thought that was funny...but at least now i have somewhat of a better glimpse into their interview process. so now instead of being OCD and hoping to hear from them everyday, I'll be less OCD and wait to hear from them every couple weeks

The Tufts interview season runs from November to the beginning March. We interview a bit later than other institutions. We operate on a rolling basis and send out invitations every couple of weeks. Those selected for interview will receive an email and their AADSAS status will be updated.

lolollll i got this email while in class today but the subject of the email let me know it wasnt an invitation. i opened it and it was a msg to FOLLOW THEM ON FREAKIN TWITTER AND FACEBOOK. ok ok ok ok tufts ok. i may follow them on twitter now, bc why not just add that to my list of ways to stalk ds's (.........) and apparently the 1st batch of interview invites went out today. good to know i wasnt IN THAT BATCH FML.
Altho i feel like they might also stalk us back if we follow them haha. Better make my stuff private....
