I was accepted to these schools. (tulane, rfu, & evms). How who you rank these three? Which would you choose, and why?

In order of selectivity, they'd be ranked Rosalind Franklin>E Virginia>Tulane.

By weather, Rosalind Franklin would be last. (Probably by cost too.)

I'd pick the one closest to home if they cost about the same.
