Why is Tungsten's electronic configuration [Xe] 4f14 5d4 6s2 and not [Xe] 4f14 5d5 6s1 ? Are there other elements that fall under the exceptions of partially filled/stability rule of electronic configuration?

The pairing energy is less than the energy required to put the 6th electron into a higher-energy level.

Thanks @aldol16 and @salemstein . Are there other elements like Tungsten that fall under this category of not following the partially filled/half-filled stability rule?
