turn in my PS now or more work?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
unless this extra work on your PS will result in drastic improvement, i'd just turn it in now, since applying early is important.

I'd turn in anything you have the very second you're able to. I cut myself out of a lot of great schools I was plenty qualified for by procrastinating. It's especially important for the rolling admission schools.

I agree that early is very important to applying, however if making your PS stronger will only cause you to delay submission by a week or less, then make it stronger. Anytime from now to early July is still very early, in the grand scheme of things. Another week won't make much of a difference.

Now or a week from now... you'll still be early. Very early.

Don't submit your application in until you're absolutely satisfied that it's perfect. When it comes up for review, the quality of your application will be what makes or breaks you, not the extra day or week you took to get it in.
