Does anyone know where I can get a tutor for Step1? I have a year now before I have to take it bc I didnt pass the first time. I have rotations now so I would like someone to help me with a plan and stuff. Does Kaplan offer tutors? Any ideas? Thanks.

The closest that Kaplan has to offer are their instructional lecture series (of which there are varying levels of involvement on your part... for varying levels of obscene amounts of money).

If I were you, I'd try to formulate a study schedule on your own based on what you see here. If you really want, you can try to get your hands on the Kaplan DVD set or access to Kaplan lectures online (both of which are available to purchase) so you can study at your own pace. But its really a matter of finding a study style that works for you.

Try writing out a plan and running across in here to see what people think.
