Hey everyone!

Quick question. I know there have been posts about this in the past, but I wanted to get some feedback that is more recent.

So I've been doing student tutoring at the high school I attended. I'm the only one who does it, and I started it on my own, and it's truly something I love to do with my time (I do about 4 hours/ week). That being said, would it be considered "leadership" in this case, or just more "mentoring"? I've heard people say both, so I guess it depends.

What do you guys think? I've got a poll if that makes it easier, but written feedback always helps.

Thanks as always everyone!

I think being a leader and role model are two sides of the same coin. You don't have to have a large group for it to be considered leadership. Leading by example and influencing your students is definitely leadership!

I think you're splitting hairs at this point.. either way it looks good and shows that you're a caring person!
