OK, so what is the proper way to handle the scheduling of two interviews on the same day? Earlier this week I committed to an interview on Oct. 3rd at Baylor. Then today I get an interview letter from San Antonio saying I've been scheduled for an interview on Oct.3rd and that they cannot guarantee a rescheduled interview in the event you cannot make the scheduled interview. So what now? I hate to reschedule any interview, but in this case it is inevitable. San Antonio appears less flexible in rescheduling, and they only interview on Mondays which makes it harder to reschedule. I hate to give one school the impression that I prefer it over the other. If I reschedule at San Antonio I'll have to tell them that I already have another interview on the same day I'm committed to (I'm sure they will want to know why I am rescheduling and will want a good reason), but will they think I'm putting them off in favor of Baylor? How would you handle this?

I did go to SA on Aug 22 and u'r rite. They only interview on Mondays... so wat i think is u should going to SA first. Baylor interview every weekday (b/c my friends and I got all different days) so you have more chance to reschedule there. just my 2 cent...

good luck,
katie

I don't think it's that big of a deal. Call Baylor and tell them you need to reschedule for their next available date. If they do ask you why, which they might not, then be honest with them. It isn't as if they expect you to only apply to one dental school.
