Also a bit of context on Breezy's win con:

She needed to firstly get Jacob and Edward out with Bella alive for her inclusive, and then additionally clear the wolves for her exclusive.

Jacob's lover role made him untouchable directly, but anything affecting his imprinted player would affect him as well.

Breezy had exactly 1 shot to use directly and hit exactly the target that would kill Jacob

For the record, I was excited that I solved correctly for the last wolf. But ok

Breezy flat out told me they were 3p earlier and asked if they should reveal on thread, and I told them not to since it can lead to 3p crucifixtion. Breezy killed it for a tough first game!

But we lost! Lol

i feel like that takes away from breezy's win tho, they played very well for their first game and managed to achieve a 3p exclusive win-con which is super uncommon. this is def a 3p win

edit: i thought shadow was breezy and breezy was shadow this whole time. i need new glasses
Indeed, it a village loss. I'm not sure there is a lot we could have done to prevent that, but a loss nonetheless.

As a point of feedback that is not intended to take away anything from breezy's win, or a very fun game--2 wolves w/ a death avoidance + a convert + an exclusive 3p is definitely on difficult end of the spectrum for a 13 player game, particularly given the extra kp. To have a town loss when we got 3/4 yeets correct + a successful vig shot... I'm not sure what else we could have done.

It was a great game!

Guys the volturi gave me the double vote. it didn’t change my affiliation or anything. it was a random chance thing and the PM said talking about it would have consequences

to play devil's advocate, there was an instance that would have caused the game to be won on D2. i'm not sure if i can/should share wolf chat happenings, so i will play it safe and not.

but this game got wacky since D1. wolfing with an inactive packmate when there's only two of you is also swayed heavily to town. you would have won on D2 and that's not fun for anyone. i think mods did their very best to steer the game back on track given the unexpected interference

Had D1 gone differently with the non-voters this would have been a very different game. Coming into N1 we were faced with a game full of blocking/interfering roles, no strongarm, and the surviving wolf red checked.

The same event that converted a (vanilla) wolf also gave you the shot that took out the deathproof, effectively cancelling them out. The deathproof also would have deactivated at YOLO/MYLO (learned my lesson on that one).

There were 2-3 paths to town win today, one path to 3p win, and one path to wolf win.

Trust, we were stressing to keep this game viable for everyone.

i think you guys did great with getting the game back on track! you two put alot of love and labor into this game and it would've stunk for everyone if we didnt get to see twilight get the time it deserves.

Genuinely hall of fame moment that the newbie knew to always shoot spurs

I can imagine that was a very challenging experience wolfing in that scenario.

Truly, I understand. Stuff happens in WW. You can't perfectly balance a game.

My point is simply that this is an exceptionally challenging setup for the town to win, and this outcome demonstrates how the town could play almost perfectly and still lose.

There was a conversion checker given to town that was never brought up on thread

There was knowledge of the 3p player by town players

A town player got all vampires blocked

I am merely providing feedback based on my experience. I think the game was hard for the town given the setup. I can understand if you disagree with full knowledge of the setup.

yeah, even though my excitement has been attempted to be deflated, I'm still excited that I actually solved for once in my life. First time I've actually figured things out and put puzzle pieces together, so it's a win in my book. I know you typically shouldn't use roles/characters for affiliations but they were a little too on the nose in this game haha so I was rolling with it. It was fun getting to PM with so many people!
