Typo/Wrong word in verified personal statement

Hello y'all,

I just realized I made a typo at the end of my personal statement. I mistakenly put "and" in place of "has" in one of my concluding sentences. I also had a repeating word in one of the description for my extracurricular activity.

Do y'all think I should email all the schools about these mistakes and apologize in advance? Or should I not spam the schools' inboxes with stuff like this? I am really upset at myself for not proofreading it slowly before submitting my app.
