Well, it looks like 61-71% looks like it's around 27-28? I think you'd have a pretty good chance for NOVA, even for some local MD schools if your in-state residence is Florida. I know FSU has stats based around that score and one of my friends got in with stats similar to yours (however, he did have a lot of volunteering in rural areas).

Your chances for Nova are probably good. You should apply to about 6 Do schools and 15 MD.

Start with state schools

I can't recommend MD schools to OP. For COMs, I think any will be OK, unless they average scores, like mine does. So, OP, apply broadly.
