u of chicago secondary - elaborate on part of personal statement?

One of U of C's questions is:

"Relate an experience in which you felt you truly helped someone. Please describe what you learned about your values and motivation for helping others."

I mentioned an experience in my p.s. - would it be ok to choose this and elaborate on it for the secondary?

I think the ideal situation would be if you had another example to give them...you know, so they have a more three dimensional picture of who you are. However, I bet most of us probably don't have too many spectacular examples that fall into that category, so I don't see anything wrong with elaborating on an situation you mentioned in your personal statement.
