Is getting In-state residency possible? maybe after 1 or 2 years?

I really don't understand why they charge another 30k per year for "summer" seriously?!? Their tuition is by far the most expensive I have personally seen. The person at the interview even said their tuition was average looooooool

Yeah they charge a lot for out of state people

Minnesota doesn't want to supplement tuition for people that are not from their state.
