I don't know anything in particular about the path program at USF but I have heard some good things from applicants interviewing in other USF programs. Specifically, an ortho applicant described USF as having many up and coming programs which sort of surprised me.

What I do know for sure from when I interviewed there for med school is that they have many clinical facilities and hospital affiliations. The Moffit Cancer Center is on campus and is an excellent NCI designated center so path residents could probably spend some time there. The moffit was recently profiled in the Dept of Health and Human Services report on personalized medicine.
