Anyone else have this problem ever? Went to log on and I got this message: "The account you are trying to access has been deactivated as the information provided is invalid based on an internal Audit.
If you believe this is inaccurate, please contact us at [email protected]"
Have no idea what could have caused it. Definitely haven't been copying questions or anything like that. Just wasn't active on it for a few days.
Emailed 'support' there, but with my test coming up, would have liked to have had tonight and tomorrow morning (the only times I'm off work...) to use my subscription....that they took without warning from me.
Suggestions?
