UB Waitlist

So I was just informed that I am on the waitlist at UB. I really like the school and want to go there. I have been accepted to many other schools, but with tuition and everything considered, UB is a top choice. I am just wondering what the odds of being pulled off the waitlist are at UB? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Call the admissions office and ask for Barbara... she can tell you what third (top, middle, bottom) of the waitlist you are on. Last year they went through the top and the majority of the middle third. Good luck

I checked and I am in the top 3rd. So this means I have a good shot of being accepted?

where did you get his information from? did barbara tell you that they went through all of the top third? just wondering as I also fall into the "top-third" category
