Do you have to answer all of the 'personal information' questions?

I have not done any organized extracurriculars. Should I stretch my mind to come up with something or just leave it totally blank?

NO WAY! Are you serious? You mean petgrooming? Oh my gosh, I do that everyday wiht my dog. LOL.

I think I'll talk about web site design. That's all I can come up with.

No, not pet grooming per se, but I'd imagine if you had a show dog that's entered in shows then you could easily write about that.
