UCD LOR Requirement

So UCD says LOR are due in 30 days. It’ll be 30 days for me this Wednesday. They also recommend LOR from physician. The physician i shadowed just mailed the letter recommendation This weekend. I have all my other letters uploaded to AMCAS right now. Should I submit these uploaded letters first and then submit the physician letter recommendation after it is uploaded to AMCAS?

You should submit the letters you have now

I submitted it last night, and it’s uploaded on the portal, but it still says they haven’t received the LOR and my application is not complete. Is this normal? Does it take time to process it, even though it says that my letters are delivered on the server?
