So I am currently applying for DPT schools. UCF and UF being my number one schools. When I took the GRE I had them send the scores to four FL schools in which UCF and UF were included. As I was looking at my application just now, I realized all the schools I sent my scores after I took the GRE were listed on my PTCAS applications as if they received the original scores. But all of the other schools I sent the scores the day I took the test were not listed in there.
I went to my ETS account and I found out they sent the scores to the schools, but not to the specific code for Physical therapy which means now my application it's probably incomplete.
The due date has already passed and my application has been submitted. I was thinking about requesting ETS to send the scores again to the correct codes, but I don't want to spend more money than I already have if this is not going to work.
The schools should have received my scores but PTCAS did not.
Anyone has encountered a similar situation?

hmm, that's strange.
On your application, you should see the schools to which you sent your original scores on the test date. (When you select schools on the test date, ETS gives you all the code you need)

Good news is that those schools have actually received your scores but they wouldn't be able to see the scores via PTCAS.

The best way to find out is actually to contact each of them.
Explain your situation and they may be able to exempt you from this step or they may still require you to spend extra money for your application to be considered as "complete".

I do see the schools, the codes seem to be for the specific school DPT department, but it's not the same code listed on the PTCAS website. I'm pretty sure the scores were mailed separately. I will call UCF and UF hoping they can take the ones that were sent directly to the schools, or that they give me the option to re send them to the correct PTCAS code.
This whole process has been long, confusing, and expensive 🙁

I experienced the same issue. After my test I sent my scores to the school itself but not the physical therapy department. Luckily I caught this before the deadline and was able to resend them. For the schools I applied to, the codes have to be the specific ones listed on PTCAS directory for each school or else it is considered not received and incomplete.
