Its a 2 year program which lets you treat patients and engage in research which can, if substantial enough, be upgraded to masters thesis and an oppurtunity to do 3rd year.
There is also 1 year Restorative Dentistry Preceptor which is a nice course combining really good bench test preparation along with building resume for DdS.

If you would like to practice as a restorative dentist then its sufficient. Implantology is a whole different field not included in Restorative Dentistry.

i had a question regarding implantology in restorative dentistry because its course content says "implants including diagnosis, treatment phasing, assisting during surgical placement, impressioning, abutment design and restorative delivery) so that means they include implants right?

and also if we have to compare AEGD and ACT in Restorative dentistry. which one will be a better course to learn from?

AEGD definitely, more exposure to all the fields in dentistry and more advanced cases with multidisciplinary approach towards treatment. Its a great course considered above dds, kind of in between residency in a particular field.
ACT Restorative has those component but limited to assisting in a few surgeries and more of restorative part of implants rather then placement itself.

I was thinking if I could apply to only AEGD but people say you should always have options opened. So what if I apply for botht the programme and I get into act which starts in July. But whereas AEGD deadlines are September. So can I shift the programme once if I get accepted for AEGD too ?
And as I am planning to come back to my country. Is it worth it to give nbde exams. Or should I just apply for the once without nbde requirements
