UCLA interview date request form: fax or snail mail?

Does anyone know if I can fax my interview date request form to UCLA or do I have to send by snail mail? If I can fax it, does anyone know the number to fax it to?

They seemed to be quite set in their ways when I talked to them. They only wanted to do it through the pony express. I am not sure I would try something else.
