UCLA secondaries, Worth it????

So I read UCLA has a 512 MCAT cutoff now. I just got my score back yesterday (511) and woke up with a secondary from UCLA..... they tryna con me out of my money or should I apply?

Your odds of getting into UCLA with a 511 are low. However, if your application is otherwise extraordinary and the opportunity cost is not too high (i.e., the cost of applying to UCLA will not cause you to refrain from applying to a school where you have a decent chance of acceptance), I would apply and keep my fingers crossed--all the while maintaining low expectations.

Do it. You applied and got a secondary. I applied twice with no secondary. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
