UCSD accepting applicants?

Does anyone know if UCSD is accepting Rad Onc applicants this year. They are not on ERAS, but I didn't know if there was an application outside the match.

UCSD does not have a residency program for rad onc. They are trying to get one, but it likely will take several years, if it happens at all.
