UCSF application pending for NBDE score report

Hi,

I am waiting for my NBDE part 1 score report to submit my UCSF IDP application. As I am already late, I do not want waste any more time waiting for the report. But at the same time I do not want to send in complete application.

Question is, whether or not I shall submit the incomplete application right now and submit NBDE part 1 score report as soon as it reaches me?

Help, suggestions, guidance!!
