Did anyone receive the info pack in snail mail from UCSF? please share the dates for practise and deadline to pay the fees.
I havent received it yet though they said we should get it in a day or two after receiving the e mail.

hey guys.. did anybody contact the ucsf office those who haven't got the interview call... or anybody there who got the rejection letter from them..... I heard they are sending rejection to those who are not selected for the interview..

hi rain and chiclovedoc,
there will be a mail package that we shld be getting soon with details abt the interviews and thats when we get the details of the money to be paid for the practicals exam..And when we pay that money - thats when the actual confirmation is.. I had called ms. Pham last week nd this is what she told me ..
 
Is the UCSF technical exam a bench-top or a mannequin?

has any one recieved the package????well i ve not recieved yet...plzzz tell me how we have to send $ 200 to them??check or money order??and in whose name???and to whichaddress..???i think if i keep waitin for the package then the deadline will be passed..i tried calling ms. pham..but no one picking the call..

I dont think dat our test payment will confirm our interview ,as i called Marry pham to confirm my interview and she told me dat I will get my package this week But she did mention dat shez very bz scheduling our interview times.
 
Also if anyone could tell me which preps to prepare well for prac( like for uop is class 2 amalgam and PFM)?????please reply asap

u have to send 200$ to Uc regents before 12th of october mo or CC

The invitation package has been sent to permanent addresses given by you in your application. It may have been sent to your home country. Check with your parents/relatives if they have received it.
They will not send it to your U.S. address if its not your permanent one. The package has 5 pages.

Trying to upload the pages. They are unfortunately too big. My parents scanned it and e mailed so the file is too huge. Will type it out for you and everybody else in a couple of minutes.
 
Following is Part 1 of the package.


If you wish to accept this invitation, please confirm by sending an RSVP via e-mail to [email protected] no later than Oct 10, 2007 to reserve a place in the UCSF interview/testing process. In order to reserve a place for the interview/test, you must also send the practical examination fee of $200.00 in the form of a cashier's check or money order made out to the UC Regents, no later than Friday, October 12th, 2007.Personal checks will not be accepted. The examination fee should be mailed to the following address:

The four day session will consist of an extensive program description, written examination, manikin/typodont practical test and a personal interview with two of our committe members. Also, be sure to bring a photo I.D. (Passport or driver's license) with you.
