UConn also lets you get in state after a year and tuition is less than UCSF from what I can tell. And it’s way cheaper to live outside Hartford,CT compared to SF.ucsf allows you the chance to become in state after one year
so it will be cheaper i think
you could consider uconn if you are going to practice in the area because it will give you better contacts in the future...

Is it almost guaranteed you get in-state tuition after a year?UConn also lets you get in state after a year and tuition is less than UCSF from what I can tell. And it’s way cheaper to live outside Hartford,CT compared to SF.
You have to apply for it, so it’s not 100% but it is very, very high. I think the biggest thing that would prevent you from getting in state is if your parents still claim you as a dependent on taxes. Is it almost guaranteed you get in-state tuition after a year?
