I know that one is more academic than the other (UCSF). I know that the populations they're treating are different. But I'm at a loss. They both seem so awesome.

eeenteresting. i'd be interested in hearing why people seem to prefer highland so much! though of course, as WilcoWorld pointed out, i will not be making my rank list based on reasons given. it will be based on much more reliable predictors of future happiness and success such as presence of subsidized parking, general attractiveness of patient population, and cafeteria food quality.
