I certainly would if you have enough time in your schedule. They are quick to read through. If you can get them used, it's a good deal. Otherwise, I believe they can be expensive.

I think they are useful from the standpoint of picking out the pertinent information in the case. Sometimes this information is highlighted (which it certainly will not be on the test ;-)) I don't remember most of the vignette cases on Step 1 or 2 being quite so "classic," but they are still good to practice.
But get them used, if you can, becuase they can be expensive for the bundle.
