UDM vs. Kentucky (OOS)

I'm trying to decide between the two schools: UDMercy and Kentucky.

They are private and OOS respectively for me and they cost roughly about the same in the long run (at least from the numbers that I had).

Trying to get other people's two cents on what might be the best decision, help please.

Lexington, Ky population is 321K detroit, Mi population is 671K.
Average low in january: 24.9*F vs 19.1*F
