UF Biochem Requirement

UF requires 4 semester hours of biochem.

I go to UCF, which only has biochem I (3 hours) and biochem II (3 hours). Pleasseeee tell me that schools like UF that require 4 hours are fine with just taking one biochem course instead of having to kill myself getting thru biochem II!!!

yes there is a lab...but the pre req for it is biochem II! Lol

Well that's frustrating! If I were you I would call the admissions office and inquire if they will make an exception/allow 3 credits.

If not, try and find a local CC that offers the class as 4 credits and take it there.

I would just call and ask the school. I seem to want to think that Biochem I + 1 cr. lab would suffice though you may not even need the lab.

my univ doesn't have biochem lab and lecture is 3 credits
