Blah what are my chances of passing if:

I did not summerize for any of my patients or follow up instructions
One patient I did not know what was going on and did not ask if she understand what i am saying since she is "deaf"

Used jargon with 2 patients

Completely forgot to ask about school and anxiety with a patient that was clearly anxious about school.

Butchered neuro exam on 2 patients

Did not show any empathy since I was so nervous. I was only smiled during the introduction

If you write "summerize" on the note it's an automatic fail.
