I just thought I would make a thread about the potential issues from Rita. They've already closed the university. Hopefully this won't affect the admissions process too much.

J.opt said:I just talked to one of my classmates. She left Thursday at 1am, and run out of gas something like 100 miles away from Houston. They were able to find shelter at a local church. She said that she knew of other classmates who werent able to get far from Houston either![]()

One of my friends left houston Thursday at 2 pm and she didn't arrive in austin until Friday at 1:30 pm. Can you imagine a 23 hour car trip that should've only been 2 and a half hours. I would go crazy (😵).....
