Hi,
I am just wondering how UHCO's interview process works.
What day (if there is a specific day) and how often do they send out interview offers?
And how often do they conduct their interviews? once a week? once a month?
Thanks for all your help!!! 🙂
i want to know too! my app was process 3 week ago but no reply from them!

Hi guys,
I had my interview last friday (09/16) with UHCO and got my acceptance today! Interviews are usually conducted fridays and I think twice a month but I'm not too sure. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll try my best to answer them

Congrats! How many questions did they ask? Were they straight forward? Open or closed file? Was it panel or one on one?
Thanks!
The questions were pretty straightforward. The interview was conducted by a faculty member and a student and it was closed file. It was overall pretty relaxed and laid back. You get a chance to ask the faculty member questions and then he/she leaves and you get to have a one-on-one conversation with the student. Good luck with your intervew!

👍 congrats on your acceptance! I have an interview coming up soon! yay. Do we have to know current events? haha😕
thanks! they didnt really ask me anything about current events, but I would read about some just in case..good luckk!
May I ask why are you guys choosing UHCO? I just want to know more about the school but I don't see many posts here talking about it. There is Rosenberg in San Antonio as well, which one do you guys think is nicer?
I was impressed with the school when I visited. They are building a new 6 (I believe) story building that is supposed to be finished Summer 2012 and will have a surgery center, research labs, and new classrooms etc. It will be connected by skywalk to the building where the clinic is (downstairs) and the classrooms are right now. I liked the faculty and students I met. We were allowed to observe some of the classes that were actually going on which was cool. It seemed like they had a well-rounded clinic. I haven't visited anywhere else yet but they definitely made a positive impression on me. I know this isn't much, but I figured it was better than nothing since no one else has commented on your question!
