Hey guys! I'm sorry if this has ever been asked, I couldn't find an answer on this forum and I've searched everywhere. I emailed UIC and I haven't gotten a response so I thought I'd try here.

Do you know if Canadian citizens would be able to apply to their program considering their website says "The College of Dentistry is accepting applications from students who currently live in the U.S. and hold a valid visa status."?

You have to be currently living in the US with a valid visa. So if you live in Canada they won't review your application. Also they strongly prefer US Citizens and GCs (exclusively as far as I've seen)
