UIWSOM vs ACOM

I'm having a hard time deciding between UIWSOM and ACOM. I live in Texas and would like to get matched in-state residency. ACOM seems to be more well-established and has more competitive match rates. My heart is leaning toward UIWSOM though. Tuition and living costs are comparable with UIWSOM being a little more expensive. Any advice from any students attending either UIWSOM or ACOM or a third party?

Additionally, UIWSOM is P/F and ACOM is graded.
