UMC or UT Dental Program...anyone???

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Finish pre reqs/DAT/shadowing first, then worry about applying. Additionally, If you goal is to specialize, I would recommend being comfortable with being a general dentist as specializing in dental school is arguably harder than getting into dental school itself.

Thanks! How would you suggest studing for those classes? I'm mostly concerned with the chem courses? Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed?

Everyone has their own study habits that works best for them so it's hard to advise on that question. Personally, I recorded all lectures to refer back to and fill in my notes if the professor was talking a bit fast. Overall, you definitely want to buckle down and rock your science courses as these are very important.

THANKS FOR THE HELPFUL HINTS!
