UMD Dental School's Tuition?

Hey guys...I'm confused as to UMD's tuition rates for in-state and out-of-state students. Its website says that its based on per semester rates whereas other places seem to say that the prices shown are the prices for the whole year. For in-state residents, it says its about 13,000 and for OOS, it is almost 29,000.

Is this per year or per semester?
