UMN vs. GW - where should I go???

These were my top choices and I got accepted into both schools this week.

UMN: MS in Health Services, Research & Administration. (Higher in ranking, but MN would be WAY too cold for me, and tuition is more expensive)

GW university: MPH in Health Policy and Administration. (lower in ranking, I've always wanted to get an MPH but not sure how an MS will be different from MPH, DC may have better work opportunities too?)



Haven't visited either schools, but both schools want decisions made in 2 weeks.
