Um's and Uh's

During my interview at Midwestern CCP, I believe that I had good responses and good eye contact. However, I said "um" and "uh" quite a bit because I was very nervous. Do you think that this would make for a bad interview overall?

it wouldn't ruin the whole interview. im usually good about avoiding doing things like that but i even caught myself saying "uhhh and umm" sometimes! but i got accepted so it didn't really matter. as long as you had good answers and clicked with the interviewers, it shouldn't affect your chances too much! just learn from your mistakes and work on not saying it in the future! 🙂

It won't kill you if your other areas are strong. Only practice will help you get over saying the "uh" and "um" when speaking. Join toastmasters in your area. This will help you both in pharmacy school and when you are in practice.
