I don't know anything about USML, but I know quite a few who have been disappointed by the disorganization and ridiculously high prices of PCO. Early clinical experience might look good on paper, but it also takes away from academic time. PCO is very clinically focused, but academics often feel rushed and the curriculum is not cohesive. In my opinion, they don't have a good balance between the two, and their academic board scores are not up to par. The class sizes are also really big at PCO, at there are times when it seems like there is not enough individual attention or equipment for each student. Overall, look at the costs and first pass board rates of each school. There are people that like the different style at PCO, but it doesn't suit everyone, so it's something to consider.
