Just had my primary verified and my gpa was calculated far lower than my school has it as. I realized they include failed courses in the calculations and I had a rocky freshman year...

What GPA range schools can I apply to with this grid?

Hard to answer without knowing MCAT, state of residence, and current school list

I was just wondering if my cumulative would keep me out of top schools given I have all other stats and a good application. My last three years have been pretty good but I’m kind of bummed out :/. Was expecting in the 3.75-3.85 for both gpas..

I don’t necessarily think it would keep you out of a top school if the rest of the application is solid but it really does depend on other aspects of the application. For example if you have a 520+ T20 would still be feasible but I’d say a borderline score like a 515ish would make it more difficult

I mean obviously my previous post sounds like common sense (obviously a 515 would make it harder than a 524) but even for a 520+/3.95 has hard time getting into T20 so it’s hard to answer the question accurately

For the sake of keeping things confidential I would recommend you remove that image. You can just say: ~3.7 cGPA / 3.6- sGPA.

You would have to post your MCAT in order to know what schools you should apply to. I recommend you use the WARS calculator

My GPAs are very similar to yours and without as good of a rising trend. I am applying this cycle and it has not been a problem for several "top schools" already. Feel free to PM me if you want more details.

If you wreck the MCAT, you may have a choice. But, the goal is to get into A med school... right?
