It is usually once a month from the end of August till January.
I was curious about this and over the summer went back and read through all the older stats on SDN for UNC admission and interview dates. This is what I compiled. These were about 4 cycles worth of approximate dates.

Interview notification dates from previous years:
1) September 30
August 22
August 24
August 14 / follow up emails sent to new interviewees August 18

2) October 20
September 20
September 21
September 18

3) November 30
December 14
October 26
October 22

4) Usually post-December decisions whoever declines admission and they have vacant seats then they start reinterviewing new people.

Does anyone know if UNC sends an email saying that your application is considered complete? The last email they sent me said "Thank you for submitting your supplemental application to the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Your supplemental application is only complete upon submission of the supplemental application and the application payment," but I am unsure if they send another to verify that it is actually completed.
 
just got invited to interview but the email I received does not show a date on it... is anyone else having this issue?
 
I received a new email with the interview date included, but the qualtrics RSVP form won’t accept my AADSAS ID saying it’s not 10 characters when it is. Is anyone else having this issue?

I received the interview invitation, but without the date. Could you please share the date they sent in the follow-up email (which I have yet to receive)?

For those who have an interview in September, is everyone Sep7th? Or does someone have another date? Bc I heard that they were only doing 3 days this cycle. 2 in September and 1 in November.

Just don't get lost going to the building.

J/K. You went to Chapel Hill and attended a lot of events there. Be yourself and relax. Again, it's not like you have never been there before.
 
Does anyones application status on ADEA AADSAS still say "Received/Waiting Additional Information"? I'm nearly positive I have completed everything, so wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

idk about your situation (interview offer or no?) but mine is Received/Under Review and I have my interview next Sat. i would check their school-specific portal to see if your application materials are all in, and you can always can give them a call to ask briefly about specific stuff
 
Just received an interview from UNC earlier today! Do they usually update your adea portal to say invited to interview? Mine currently still says received/under review

just because you have high stats doesn't mean that you will always get in interview
hopefully, you have other interviews...
 
Does UNC give out all of their admission offers on December 13th? or do they only offer a portion of their class offers, and then the rest of the seats later?

I think in years prior they have called for the first wave at least.

And also they used to give about 60 invites on the first wave I think and then 20 + whatever wasn’t accepted on the second. But since they aren’t doing January interviews maybe it will be all 80 acceptances, and then the second wave is to replace the declines
