UNC call schedule question

UNC's web site it states PGY1 call as Q4 all year and about twice a month for PGY2's, but then states that PGY2's have three weeks of night float. So does this mean that the Q4 and 2/month calls are just evening and then night float takes over? If so, does anyone know the call hours? Is this across the board or just for psych rotations?
