Hello!

I will be attending UNC in the fall and at this point I am going to major in Chemistry (biochem track). I am very excited but very nervous too since I know how important to maintain my gpa and academic excellence if I want to get it Pharmacy school.

So basically I've read every general college thread on this site so I have a plan and goals to succeed. But since I know that are more than a few UNC graduates and pharmacy students on these forums I'd love to get some advice from UNC students. Mainly I am curious of the professors I should aim to get in my freshman year (that both teach well and grade easy) and how best to approach attaining my pre-requisites while maintaining my gpa and getting my bachelors degree.

My first choice for Pharmacy school is obviously UNC with the fabulous education and excellent tuition. However below is my short list for Pharmacy schools I will also apply to though I know it will be a while before I will even be ready to start applying. If I don't get in to UNC I'll either be paying OOS or pvt tuition so I might as well take those four years to experience a new location instead of NC.

Honestly I am just so so excited to be going to UNC and I want to make the best of it. :soexcited:

(Of course general college advice is always welcome 🙂 )

Glad to see you chose UNC 🙂

I'll get back to you in a bit about some of your Qs.. as I bump for the other UNC students on here.
