UNC vs Penn st?

Conflicting dates, both lower on my list, I know nothing about either program or location (though wife says NC > PA). Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with these programs?

liked NC alot last year... great #s, very structured phaco teaching with absolutely incredible wet lab... chapel hill is fairly high cost of living for not being a big city

really enjoyed penn states program. great mix of strong didactics and surgical numbers. I liked there wet lab at penn state and the built in training course that creates some structure to wet lab use.
