UNC vs Wake Forest

I have two friends at WFU right now, and they are both very happy there. There are definitely good things to be said about WFU. That said, I got into both (NC resident), and I also turned down Wake in a heartbeat. That said, I am probably leaving NC to go out of state.

I would be happy to go to Wake if I were OOS, but if you can get into UNC OOS, can't you go to some top tier private school and pay roughly the same amount?
