Undergrad Activities Included?

I am ready to send my app in but I was scanning through the website and noticed that some students are including undergraduate activites on their ERAS. Should you include undergrad activities? I always heard that you should only post your accomplishments from the medical school. Can someone please help me? I want to send my app in ASAP but I am afraid to send it in if it should be including more. Thanks🙂

you can include anything you think is relevant to your app...that includes ugrad activities. as long as it wasn't just "member of pre-med club" or something like that. to that end, i actually included 2 high school things that were pretty important to my mission in medicine, etc. there aren't any rules - if you think it adds weight to your application, then include it.
