Does ERAS or residency programs ask all colleges attended, or just the one you graduated from? I ask because I changed schools after my first semester, and I don't want it to look like I'm non-commital or liable to also switch residency programs.

I changed schools thrice, and majors as many times. But then again, I am labile. Didn't hurt me any.

If I recall correctly, they want to know all of the schools that you attended - not just the ones from which you graduated.
