Hi! I was hoping to ask for advice about undergrad courses that people have found useful later on during medical school. I’m accepted to an EAP and have basically finished my major requirements, so I have the chance to pick about 6ish courses out of pure interest for senior year rather than for any requirements (to have enough credits to still be full time for financial aid). I’m not considering whether courses are helpful for the MCAT or admissions process, just purely for things that would be useful in medical school. I’ve taken the basics (gen chem, gen bio, orgo, biochem, physics, physiology but not anatomy). Examples of classes that I’m considering are immunology, genetics, gross anatomy, classes that teach Python/R/STATA. Any suggestions or advice would be helpful, thank you!
