So here is my situation. Pharm schools will not accept C-'s. The classes that I have C's and C-'s in are gen bio, gen chem, physics 1, calc 2. My upper div coursework are all A/A- and one B+. I am in the process of turning in applications for post bacc programs. I know the better grades in the upper div classes may overshadow the lower div ones but C-'s are simply unacceptable. My question is, since post bacc programs (academic record enhancer not career changer) focuses mostly on upper div coursework, should I just retake the general classes at a CC instead of trying to get in a formal program?

That is what I would do, yes.

sweet, just registered for half of gen bio and chem, A&P, and speech. Taking the PCAT on sept 28. After I get my grades for these classes by by second week August, you think i'll be in good shape to send it my apps? Or should I hold off on this cycle, finish out the other half of gen bio, gen chem, and physics 1?

I think this largely depends on the rest of your application. Perhaps post in the WAMC thread on top of this page and we can give you advice.
