Undergrad for pre-med: Cornell, Northwestern, Vandy, or UNC

Please help. I am a high school senior in North Carolina and am admitted to Cornell, Northwestern, Vanderbilt and UNC, but not sure which one is better for a pre-med student.

Cornell: is it hard to get shadowing or med research opportunities since it is far away from medical schools or large hospitals? What alternatives to deal with this disadvantage? Worth it to be in an Ivy?

Northwestern: highest ranking of the four for undergrad and seems good all around. Any pitfalls?

Vanderbilt: highest ranking of the four for med school and its med school is right on campus. Is it really good for undergrad pre-med too?

UNC: less challenged? Med school is also on campus. Close to home and a lot cheaper.

Vandy is a great undergrad and med school. I went there for u-grad. Just don't major in engineering like I did if you want good grades. Pick where you'll be happy, not the highest ranked. Any of the 4 can get you into med school.

All of them are great schools, what is your financial aid/scholarship package looking like for each?

Depends on financial aid/scholarships. If you have none, then I'd say UNC because it's much cheaper. Unless your family is oozing money and offering to pay for your undergrad and med school and they wouldn't blink an eye at doing it.

Oh, and I can assure you that you'll find UNC classes to be quite challenging.

The total cost for UNC is about 10K/year cheaper than the other 3. Parents are very supportive for whatever is best for me.
